| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难的问题日益引起人们的关注。大学生就业指导工作能够缓解大学生就业的困境,有利于维护社会的稳定、经济的发展。目前,我国高校大学生就业指导工作尚处于起步阶段,还存在很多不足,大学生就业指导工作具有重要意义。此项工作要注重培养师资队伍、完善就业指导体系和加强创业教育等。
