高校教师薪酬制度改革研究

摘    要:改革开放以后,高校教师工资制度于1985年和1993年经历了两次重大改革,教育部也陆续出台了一系列有关大学教师工资制度改革的指导性文件。尽管如此,高校教师的薪酬制度仍存在问题,不能对高校发展起到充分的激励作用。因此,应不断地对薪酬制度进行改革,深化教师聘任制,实行职员职称制,使高校教师的薪酬制度可以克服工资分配中的平均主义,充分调动高校教职员工的积极性,增强学校发展的竞争力。
