| 摘 要： | 企业文化和企业制度都是企业＂基因＂传承的结果。从二者的发展来看,在不同的时期二者中必有一个居于主导地位,而且相互促进、相互制约。这正是二者共生本质的体现。企业文化和企业制度的这种共生性不仅有益于企业的管理,同时对银行的企业文化建设也能提供一定的指导意义。
