| 摘 要： | 美国、新加坡与英国是世界上住房问题解决得比较好的国家,其住房保障制度建设也各具特色：美国实施的是在强大的法律支持下的市场化保障制度;新加坡采用的是政府主导的住房公积金制度;英国执行的是社会福利式的住房保障制度。我国应当结合当前住房问题,借鉴三国的经验,完善住房保障制度,保证中低收入阶层住房权利的实现。
