| 摘 要： | 中小企业在我国经济和社会发展中发挥着十分重要的作用。我国加入WTO后,虽然市场开放度会增加,但是,我国中小企业面临的形势是严峻的。相比之下,中小企业没有大企业的规模、人才队伍、资金实力和管理基础。在这种形势下,中小企业应分析困难、创新思想,走出自己的特色之路。

| Abstract: | Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) play a very important role in China's economic and social development.The degree of market open is increasing with China's entry into WTO.However,the situation of SMEs in China faced is serious.SMEs are not good at size,talent,financial strength and management compared with lager enterprises.In this situation,SMEs should analyze the difficulties and find its characteristics by innovative ideas. |
