浅谈我国资源采掘型企业的可持续发展

中国入世后，我国的资源采掘型企业将在管理、技术、成本、人才等方面同国际大公司展开全方位的竞争，实现可持续发展是资源采型企业尖对挑战的必然选择。本文指出：搞好宏观调控，进一步优化资源采掘型企业的业务构成，组建企业集团，实现强强联合，加快走出去的步伐，实施人才战略，强化管理创新和技术创新，是我国资源采掘型企业实现可持续发展的有效途径。

A Brief Talk on Sustainable Development of China''s Enterprises in Resource Excavation

This paper holds that an all -round co mpetition is to start,after China' s entry into WTO,between China' s enterprises in resource excavation and foreign major companies in the realms of managem ent,technology,cost and human reso urces,and that the re-alization of sustainable developme nt is an inevitable choice for China' s enterprises in resource excavatio n in meeting the challenge.The paper points out that efficient macro regulation,optimized structure o f professional work,organization o f enterprise groups and strengthening of management and tec hnology innovation are an effective route for the sustainable developme nt of China' s enterprises in resource excavation.
