| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation on the situation of scientific technology advance in Shen Zhen ,according to governmental statistics and practical datas, The paper analyses and proves the role played by government in brining forth new ideas into technology from three aspects of government policy , fund support and enterprise in their expectation of government.It also compares national situation with Shen Zhen city and points out its character. |
