| Abstract: | To build new countryside needs a great of capital,but the total amount of capital investment in the construction of new countryside isn't enough in our country,the structure of financial support of agriculture isn't reasonable,a lot of capital has been removed from the countryside to cities and the capital isn't used effectively.Therefore in order to fasten the construction of new countryside,we must create new capital management mechanism. |
