| 摘 要： | 本文基于对安吉外来农民工的调查,分析了不同压力程度、婚姻状况对农民工幸福感的影响以及各幸福因子对总体幸福感的影响。通过研究发现工作压力与总体幸福感显著负相关;已婚农民工幸福感高于未婚农民工,夫妻同时外出型与夫妻分居型的幸福感有显著差异;本文还发现,个体状况、收入状况、社会状况与总体幸福感显著正相关。

| Abstract: | Based on the survey of migrant workers ofAnji, this paper has made an analysis to the influence of different pressures and marital status on migrant workers＇ happiness. The result shows that work stress and general happiness are significantly negatively correlated. Married migrant workers experience more happiness than unmarried migrant workers, moreover, the happiness of the couples which both go out for work havea significant difference with the separated ones＇.It also implys that the variables of individual status, ncome and social status are significantly positive orrelatedwith general happiness. |
