摘 要: | 文章针对西部民营企业人才流失的现状及问题,通过引入静态博弈模型进行分析,对西部民营企业员工离职问题提出几点建议,以期促进其人才流失率降低,创新民营企业管理。

Abstract: | This paper according to the current situation and the problems of brain drain existing in Western non -state owned enterprise,by introducing the static game model of employee turnover to analysis, puting forward some suggestions in order to reduce the rate of brain drain and promote the management innovation. |
