国际融资定价规则浅析

为支持中资企业"走出去"、促进人民币国际化,我国商业银行国际业务逐步提升,海外资产不断扩大。定价是开展国际融资的关键环节,与国内融资相比,国际融资定价机制高度市场化。本文对国际融资定价的特点、依据、谈判策略等进行了系统性分析,揭示了国际融资实践中所形成的规则、机制和惯例,提出了确定目标价格和开展定价谈判的具体方法,对于中资银行开展国际业务提供了参考和借鉴。

On international financial price regulation

Presently, Chinese commercial banks arepromoting off-shore business and enlarging overseas assets in collaboration with the internationalization of Chinese enterprises and the domestic currency RMB. As a key element of international financings, pricing mechanism is characterized by highly market oriented approach, which differs from that of domestic financings. This thesis systematically analyzes the features, basis and strategies of international financing pricing, reveals the relevant rules, mechanism and practices and proposes specific methods of setting price targets and conducting price negotiations. This thesis provides useful references for Chinese commercial banks conducting international business.
