| 摘 要： | 从新时期高校基建改革与发展实际需要引题，阐述了高校基建管理产生，发展和改革的必然性，论述了高校基建管理改革必须走企业化经营，现代化管理，社会化服务之路，分析了高校基建社会化改革的有利条件，提出了进行高校基建管理社会化改革需要重点抓好的五个方面工作。

| Abstract: | According to today's practical needs for the information and development of capital construction in institutions of higher learning, this paper begins with expounding the necessity for the developing course of the management of capital construction. Then this discusses its tendency of reformation to running an enterprise on a commercial basis, modernization of management, and socialization of service. And this also analyzes the advantageous factors of its socialization reformation. Lastly this mainly emphasizes five tasks to do for carrying out the reformation. |
