广东省水资源节约存在的问题及对策

水资源是不可替代的战略资源。广东省水资源存在着洪涝灾害多,干旱灾情重,水污染问题突出等严重干扰社会经济可持续发展的问题和节水意识淡薄、节水规划尚未制定、管理不善、法制不健全等问题。针对上述问题,应从提高节水认识水平、完善节水规划、加强污水防治、加强管理、健全法制等方面入手。

There are many problems existing in water resources management of Guangdong,these problems have severely interfered with sustainable social and economic development,which include: frequent damages caused by flood and waterlogging,the serious situation of drought disaster,prominent problems relating to water pollution,as well as be not conscientious enough about water-saving,uncompleted water-saving planning,poor management and imperfect legal system.In the light of the above-mentioned problems,the paper offers some specific methods,such as enhancing people's awareness of water-saving,perfecting water-saving planning,strengthening the control and prevention of sewage,improving legal system.
