国外农业保险模式分析及对我国农业保险发展的启示

农业保险作为农业风险管理的重要环节,是其他预防、赈灾、救济等方式无法替代的。我国是农业大国,虽然近年来我国农业保险呈现出业务较快发展、作用逐步发挥、服务日益广泛、保障更加全面的良好局面,但是我国的农业保险在发展中还存在一些亟待解决的问题,这与当前国家支农惠农政策,增加农民收入,解决＂三农＂问题的大趋势不相吻合。因此,深入分析国外主要农业保险的模式,借鉴其成功经验,对促进我国农业保险全面发展具有十分重要的意义。

Inspiration of Foreign Agriculture Insurance Modes on Agriculture Insurance Development in China

As a critical part of agriculture risk management,agriculture insurance plays an irreplaceable role to other disaster prevention or relief manners.Although agriculture insurance made rapid development in recent years,there are still some problems to be solved.This paper analyses pros and cons of foreign agriculture insurance modes and puts forward the relevant suggestions.
