Research on the Internal Control in Commercial Bank

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,finance industry plays a more and more important role in domestic economy.Beginning with the current situation of internal control of Chinese state-owned commercial banks,this article introduces the fundamental theory of internal control of US banks in details.Based on the theory,this article puts forward a solution of building and perfecting internal control of Chinese commercial banks that can promote the development of Chinese commercial banks.
