| 摘 要： | 从长远发展的角度看，加入WTO给民营企业的发展带来了新的发展契机；但从短期和局部来看，民营企业在其管理方式，技术能力，经营素质，营销理念等方面的相对落后，又将面临着入世后的严峻挑战。如何应对WTO，寻找民营企业生存发展的有效途径和对策，无疑具有战略性意义。

But from the short term and particial angle, nongovernmental enterprise. face a great challenge because of its being backward in management method, technique ability, manager's level of competence, sales idea etc. Undoubtedly, how to face WTO and find an effective way to develop indi-vidual enterprise is significant. |
