| 摘 要： | 对企业知识联盟界面管理稳定性机理进行了研究。首先,在理论回顾的基础上,总结出联盟界面管理稳定性的表现形式,即价值溢出性和关系风险性。然后,根据知识转移的空间维度和时间维度,构建了知识联盟界面管理稳定性机理模型。最后,通过进化博弈理论的基本假设,获得了知识联盟界面管理稳定性的形成路径。
