基于《新目录》《新办法》视角下高职院校专业建设的思考

在生源数与招生计划数倒挂的人口结构背景下，专业设置与布局成败是高职院校生存与可持续发展的关键，关系到高职院校人才培养目标与规格能否精准化对接我国经济新常态下产业结构专业与升级的需求，关系到高等职业教育与经济社会发展的协调适应与投入产出效益。为应对这种新局面，教育部颁布了《普通高等学校高等职业教育（专科）专业目录（2015年）》和《普通高等学校高等职业教育（专科）专业设置管理办法》，指导各高职院校专业设置、专业布局与专业整合。各院校可以此为契机推动专业建设和教学改革，启动专业教学标准修（制）订工作，推动各专业更加规范地进行课程设置和教学实施。

Consideration of Specialty Construction in Vocational Colleges Based on New Catalogues and New M ethods

Under the background of students needed being more than those applying for enrollment , specialty setting and layout are essential for sustainable development of vocational colleges ,w hich concerns the match of cultivation goals and the need of industrial structure upgrading ,coordination and adjustment between higher vocational education and economic development ,and input-output effect .To deal with the new situation ,Ministry of Education issued “Specialty Catalogues for Vocational Colleges (2015) ” and“Regulation on Specialty Setting in Vocational Colleges” to guide specialty setting ,layout and integration . Vocational colleges can take this opportunity to promote specialty construction and teaching reform ,start making and revising specialty teaching standards ,and push regulatory curriculum setting and teaching per-formance .
