摘    要:在指出高校市场营销专业毕业生的实际岗位能力存在较大不足的基础上,分析该专业学生实践能力缺乏的原因,并针对营销人才岗位能力培养中存在的问题提出相应的解决的办法。

Abstract:This paper firstly points out that the marketing major in colleges and universities graduates of the current situation of the actual post ability is insufficient,then analyzed the reason for the lack of the professional students' practical ability,and aimed at the problems existing in the marketing personnel post ability training put forward the corresponding solution.
