摘    要:在产品,甚至广告和促销都高度同质化的今天,惟有渠道才能形成真正差异化的竞争优势。渠道因其本地化、排他性、独特性等特点,日益成为现代营销工作的重心,成为企业竞争致胜的关键,因此,越来越多的企业将渠道当作无形资产来经营。

Abstract:Product,adverisement and promotion are highly honogemeity in present society.The diversiried competitive advamtage could be formed only by channel.With the characteristics of localization,exclusiveness,speeialty,channel is becoming the core of modern marketing and the key to win competition between enerprises.Therefore,more and mofe emterprises take channels intangible assets to manage.
