| Abstract: | The two premises for team construction are:the knowledged staffs and young staffs occupy the overwhelming majority in company.The knowledge-intensive enterprise congenital meets the above requirements,and thus is easy to carry on the team construction and management.The knowledge-intensive enterprise's team construction must go through three stages,avoid five erroneous zones.The team management has four patterns,many methods and skills,and simultaneously four erroneous zones must be avoided. |
