高校辅导员心理压力的研究与分析

作为高校学生思想政治工作骨干力量的辅导员,他们的地位和作用受到了学生、家长和学校的广泛关注,由于高校的急速扩招,辅导员显得人手少,压力大,任务重,他们做了大量繁琐的工作,但社会和学生对他们的认同度却不高,给辅导员带来很大的精神压力。本文将结合造成辅导员压力的来源逐一进行了分析,为辅导员提供有针对性的压力管理策略,帮助辅导员在工作中有效应对压力、释放压力,使辅导员能更好地发挥才能,做好教育管理工作。

Research and Analysis on Psychological Pressure of College Counselors

Counselors ＇are the backbone of college students＂ ideological and political work, their status and role have been widespread concern among students, parents and schools. Due to the rapid enrollment of college, counselors seems less manpower, large pressure and heavy task. They have done a lot of tedious work, but society and students for their degree of recognition is not high, which giving a great deal of mental pressure for counselor. This paper will analyze the pressure sources, provide targeted pressure management strategies, help them effectively deal with and release pressure, make them better play their talents and do well educational management.
