大学生主题班会优化策略探析

主题班会作为高校思想政治教育的重要形式能够发挥团结学生、组织学生、教育学生的职能,近年来越来越受到高校思想政治教育工作者,尤其是学生工作者的重视。但无论主题班会开展的过程,还是主题班会的主要参与者,都存在着一些问题,都制约和影响了主题班会职能的发挥。文章主要通过主题班会过程优化和参与者优化两个方面进行主题班会优化策略的探析,希望能够促进主题班会职能的更好的发挥。

Optimization Strategy of College Students Theme Class Meeting

As an important form of college ideological and political education, theme class meeting can play the functions of uniting, organizing and educating students, and gets more and more attention from the college ideological and political education of workers, especially student workers in recent years. But neither the theme class meetings process nor the major players have some problems, which restrict and influence the theme class meeting functions. Through theme class meetings process optimization and major players optimization, this paper analyzes the strategies and expects to better play theme class meeting functions.
