电除尘内部结焦原因分析及预防措施探讨

摘    要:本文介绍了某发电厂2×600MW机组电除尘内部结焦情况,并就三、四、五电场除尘内部结焦原因进行了分析,提出了预防电除尘内部结焦的技术措施,解决了输灰管线不畅和电除尘内部结焦严重被迫停炉的问题。

Abstract:This article describes the internal coking situation of the Datang International Power Co-Ltd's 2×600MW unitsj electrostatic precipitator (ESP) and analyzes the reasons on internal coking of the third, fourth and fifth electric field. At the same time, in this paper, some technical measures are proposed what make to prevent coking within the ESP. In addition, the paper solves the problem of ash transporting pipeline jamming and serious coking within ESP which can cause the blowing-out.
