摘    要:现阶段我国煤炭企业人力资源比较缺乏,人力资源的流失给煤炭企业带来了很大的影响,本文针对国有煤炭企业人力资源流失原因与现状进行了分析,找出可防范企业人力资源流失的有效对策。

Abstract:In the present stage, the human resources of China's coal enterprises is relatively insufficient, and the loss of human resources has a great impact on coal enterprises. This paper analyzed causes and status of the loss of human resources in state-owned coal enterprises to identify the effective countermeasures for preventing the loss of human resources.
