| 摘 要： | 项目后评价是项目管理的重要内容,是项目基本建设程序的最终环节,也是衡量一个项目是否达到预期效果的重要方法。后评价通过对产能建设项目实施前期、实施过程、生产运行、项目接续等多个方面对产能建设项目进行综合性评价,不断总结经验,找到持续提升项目管理水平的新途径,对油田的后续开发具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Post project evaluation is an important content of project management, is the final link of project of the basic construction procedure, and also an important method to measure whether a project to achieve the desired effect. The post project evaluation evaluates the implementation of the project, implementation process, operation, project continue of productivity construction project comprehensively, and then sum up experience, find new ways to continue to improve project management level, is of great significance to the further development of oil field. |
