基于多Agent的制造车间调度系统架构

摘    要:文章在分析车间生产调度特点的基础上,提出基于多Agent的车间生产调度模型,把车间生产调度系统分为计划Agent、调度Agent、设备Agent,采用多Agent之间的协作、协商,动态协调控制策略,自主调整控制行为,实现了生产规划、调度和控制的一体化集成,使系统具有更好的适应性、鲁棒性和可伸缩性。

Abstract:Based on characteristics of shop-scheduling, this paper puts forward the multi-agent architecture on the scheduling model. The scheduling system is based on three kinds of agents as project agent, scheduling agent and facility agent. Dynamic coordinating control strategy, adjusting control behavior autonomously, realizing intrgration of production planning, production scheduling and production control through cooperation , negociation of multi-agent. Production system has better adaptability, robustness and scalability.
