从《师说》谈90后大学生的教育方法

笔者从一千多年前的《师说》中挖掘出针对90后大学生的教育方法；主要是因势利导,以人为本,最终实现传道授业解惑.时代给了我们高职院校教育工作者们新的挑战,帮助这批特立独行的90后大学生们实现“穷理正心,修礼治人”大学梦;同时也给了我们实现自己教书育人理想的机遇.

On Strategies to Educate College Students Born in 1990’s from the Perspective of Analects of Teachers

The writer has found out a way to educate university students born in 1990’s from analects of Teachers,a book written over a thousand years ago,which says to the effect that the eventual realization of moral preaching,knowledge passing-on and ignorance eliminating is based on feasible guidance and humanistic-orientation.Times has challenged the education in professional colleges by requiring us to help such students to "become intelligent through knowledge exploration and moral cultivation",which is also an opportunity for us to realize our ideal of character education.
