快速固化高分子路面修复材料的研制及抗压性能研究

摘    要:目前国内外对突遭破坏性公路、机场的修复方法主要是利用沥青、水泥混凝土等进行现场灌注修补,经一段时间的养生后重新投入使用。一种使用高分子材料和无机原料直接将沙(砂)土快速固化来修补各种路面的方法,具有材料固化速度快、与路基粘接性好、施工操作简单、耐候承压能力强等特点,是一种较为理想的补路材料,在实际应用中具有较为广阔的前景。

Abstract:Recently the asphalt and concrete have been utilized to repair the highway and airport on the spot, which can be reused after a period of maintenance. The thesis reports a method which can utilize macmmolecular and inorganic materials to make sand solidified directly in order to mend the road. Meanwhile, it has many advantage, for example, fast - solidification, sticking well to the roadbed, simplification of manipulation, high compressive strength and so on. Thus, it is a kind of good material to repair the road and has a bright future.
