| 摘 要： | 国际服务外包市场进入高速成长期,表现为市场容量迅速扩充的同时竞争格局和供需结构不断调整;离岸外包作为一种相对稳定的外包形式,也蕴涵着成长中的社会矛盾.未来服务外包在业务类型、服务领域、主导决定因素、服务提供商发展方向以及外包合同等方面呈现五大发展趋势.在此基础上,提出我国服务外包的路径优化方案.

| Abstract: | The market of international service outsourcing has entered into a highly-growing stage. The scale of the market is expanding quickly;and also the competition structure and supply-demand structure are adjusting continuously. Off-shore outsourcing is now becoming a stable outsourcing mode, but it implicates some conflicts. At the same time, in the future, service outsourcing will emerge with five trends in the aspects of business type, service field, leader factor, service provider and service outsourcing contract. Based on the analysis, some suggestions are finally put forward. |
