摘    要:文章通过对长沙消费者的问卷调查,在分析消费者购房行为,特别是价格心理的基础上,提出建议与对策,希望对政府对房地产市场的宏观调控、房地产开发商的营销策划和消费者的理性消费起到参考作用。

Abstract:According to the results of the questionnaires to consumers in Changsha, and on the basis of analysis of their house-buying acts, especially of their price psychology, some suggestions and strategies are put forward, which may be of some reference value to the governmental macro-controlling of the real estate, to the marketing planning of the house-developing dealers, and to the rational consuming of the consumers.
