企业财务监测预警指标初探

通过对几十户濒临破产企业的研究,发现企业陷入困境的原因虽然各不相同,但都有一个共同的特点,就是最终陷入财务危机.通过定性的分析,结合一些简易的定量分析方法,在财务危机到来之前,监测到财务示警信号,对于控制财务风险,避免财务危机的出现,拯救企业于危难之中则具有重要的现实意义.

The Exploration on Enterprise''''s Financial Forecast-and-Warning Index

After studying tens of enterprises on the brink of bankruptcy, the author found that one common feature was that all of the enterprises finally failed into finacial crisis athough the reasons of the enterprises falling into management difficulty were different. Befor financial Crisis, Supervising financial forecast - and - warning sighal by some qualitative analysis with simple quantitative analysis is meaningful for the enterprises failed into management difficuty to control financial risk and avoid financial crisis occurrence.
