| Abstract: | Private enterprise is a new type of economic enterprise rising abruptly after reform and opening-up in our country, and they are playing a more and more important role in the whole national economies. However, the development of private enterprises is facing severe financing difficulties. This paper sets forth private enterprises financing situations from two aspects internal and external financing systems. On this basis, it further analyzes the roots of private enterprises financing difficulties, and proposes the corresponding ways and countermeasures to solve this problem. |
