| Abstract: | This paper briefly summarized the current research and practice of collective-owned construction land transfer. It was concluded that reformation of collective-owned construction land transfer system would be helpful to resolve Rural, Agricultural and Peasants' Issues and protect peasant's interests substantially. The possible impact of reformation of collective-owned construction land transfer system on the Real Estate was analyzed and correlative suggestions were put forward. |
