| Abstract: | The trade structure effect of outward FDI can be explained by theory of factor endowment and marginal industry expansion.This paper confirms that outward FDIs in Korea have droved trade technological structure upgrading based on 20 years’ data.The industry distributions of investment in different economies,the investment method on manufacturing of different technology level and by different scale of investment show that Korea have acquired scarce factors and realized its global optimization combination by Outward FDI to provide conditions for trade structure upgrading. |
