| 摘 要： | 业务流程重组是对企业的业务流程进行根本性再思考和再设计。BPR在我国经历了十多年发展,随着管理理念的更新和技术的进步以及新工具和新方法的出现,BPR又被赋予了新的内容,必将随着管理理念的更新和科学技术的进步而不断调整。
