| 摘 要： | 诚实信用原则不仅是我国民法的一项重要原则,在证券法中也是一项基本原则。证券市场的特有属性决定了该原则在证券市场中的重要地位。证券市场的参与者一旦违反该原则,就必须承担一定的法律责任。
