| 摘 要： | 通过对我国社区发展历史演变过程的总结分析,以构建贫困地区农村社区模式为研究目标,阐述了在贫困地区建设农村社区的可行性,推进贫困地区农村社区建设,在模式选择上宜采用"多村一社区"模式;在具体推进社实施过程中,要注重发挥政府的引导作用,建立以政府为主的多元化资金投入模式,增强农民对社区的认同感、责任感和归属感,最大限度整合、利用和开发农村现有资源,加快农村经济社会发展,不断提高农民的收入水平。
