Discussion on the Construction of Logistics Service System in Railway Transportation Enterprises

Railway transportation enterprises have many advantages and their inevitabilities in developing modern logistics and constructing logistics service system.Meanwhile,these enterprises also expose many conflicts,and some of these conflicts are serious,even deciding the result of the reform of railway transportation enterprises.This article discusses problems that railway transportation enterprises should concern in constructing modern logistics service system.These problems include five aspects: the organizational structure establishment,the benefit assignment,the network use,the coordination between market service quality and production organization,the index inspection.
