人性管理与企业竞争力研究

摘    要:管理是协调他人的活动实现组织目标的过程,研究和了解人性并使管理符合人性的需求才能发挥管理的最大效用.文章探讨了经济人人性假设、社会人人性假设、自我实现人性假设等所对应的管理模式,重点研究了针对人性的不同方面应采取的管理实践和策略,以规避员工的自利性、激发员工积极性和创造性,从而提高企业的竞争力.

Abstract:Management is the process of reaching the organization goals by coordination of people's action;management can play the best role as if management fits humanities.This paper studies economic humanity hypothesis,social humanity hypothesis and self-realizing hypothesis and their relative management models.The paper emphasizes the practical management models and strategies according to different humanity hypothesizes so as to control working staff selfishness and encourage their activities and creativities,in this way we can improve corporations competitiveness.
