| 摘 要： | 社会网络胜任力是企业构建与维持社会网络的基础。从任务执行与胜任资质两个维度，并以252个创业企业样本分析证实了社会网络胜任力对创业绩效的积极影响：创业企业的任务执行与其获利能力、机会把握显著正相关；创业企业的胜任资质与其成长绩效、机会把握显著正相关。

| Abstract: | Social network competence is the prerequisite of building and maintaining a social network.In a dual-dimension model which includes task implementation and qualification,an analysis of the data from 252 entrepreneurial firms indicates that the social network competence positively affects the entrepreneurial performance,task implementation is positively related to profitability and opportunity handling,and qualification is positively related to growth and opportunity handling. |
