| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济已成为国际社会的一股潮流和趋势。循环经济立法是发展循环经济的前提．对发展循环经济具有首要的、决定性的作用。通过对国内外循环经济立法发展状况的研究、分析和综合，对我国循环经济立法进行了探讨，旨在加快我国循环经济立法的进程，建立和完善我国循环经济立法体系。

| Abstract: | to develop a cyclic economy has become a trend and tendency of international society.Cyclic economy legislation is the precondition of development.It has an important and decisive effect.Through study,analysis and comprehension of the development of cyclic economy legislation,this article explores our country's cyclic economy legislation.It is intend to accelerate our law-making process as well as establish and improve the cyclic economy legal system. |
