中国农村养老保障模式的转型

农村家庭养老模式在我国农村具有悠久的传统，但由于经济发展、人口老龄化以及家庭结构变化等因素，使传统的家庭养老模式面临困境。而国际上通行的社会化养老在我国尚不具备普遍实行的条件。因此,应根据各地经济发展水平的不同采取自我养老、家庭养老和社会养老相结合的多层次、多样化的养老模式，顺利实现农村养老模式的转型。
