| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy.The paper analyzes the current situation,and presents the tactics of levelopment in terms of stablishing innovative mechanism,building good financing environment and euhancing international competitiveness so as to guarantee its healthy,stable and sustainable development. |
