| 摘 要： | 人类社会离不开价格。准确的价格,即一般均衡价格表现为商品的价值,只有以一般均衡价格才能使社会资源达到最优配置;计划经济失败的最根本原因就是没有均衡价格,没有市场作保证,所以产生价格的机制和相应的制度安排是必要的。

| Abstract: | Human society can not exist without p rice.Precise price,that is general equilibrium price manifests itself as the value of goods.Only general equi librium price can enable social reso urces to be best allocated.Failure o f the planned economy primarily results f rom the absence of general equilibrium price and the absence of market ar g uaran-tee.As a result,it is essential that price mechanism should be establish ed and institutional arrangement sh ould be made. |
