| 摘 要： | 我国集装箱班轮运输中日航线近年来频频爆发价格战,甚至出现了"负运费"价格竞争现象.文章通过产业组织理论及新制度经济学有关知识的分析,揭示出这种现象的根源在于国际海运行业固定投资巨大、资产专用性强,是一个具有规模经济、高进入和退出壁垒、可竞争性较差的寡占市场.同时备案制导致中日航线进入壁垒较低,现行的制度约束导致国有船公司选择组织形式机会有限,加上产权的不完整性,最终改变了国有船公司的激励,使得国有船公司变得有激励进行"掠夺性定价".文中最后提出了相应对策与建议.

| Abstract: | China's container shipping price war broke out mostly between China and Japan in recent years,or even "negative freight" price competition.Based on the theory of industrial organization and knowledge of the New Institutional Economics analysis,this paper reveals the roots of this phenomenon is that the international Maritime transport market is a tremendous investment in fixed assets and an exclusive nature,an economy of scale and high barriers to entry and exit,the less competitive oligopoly market.Additio... |
