摘    要:在当今以知识经济发展为主线的时代,企业竞争实质上是人才培养的竞争。一个企业有没有持续发展的生命力,很大程度取决于员工的素质。一流的员工是激发企业活力、增强企业竞争力的重要因素,而以人才培养活动为载体构建起的企业文化是企业核心竞争力不可缺少的重要部分。笔者结合企业人才培养的工作实践,对人才培养与企业文化建设的关联作用进行了探讨。

Some Thoughts and Practices of Promoting Enterprise Culture Construction through Talent Cultivation

Abstract:In a time of knowledge-based economy, business competition essentially is the competition of talent cultivation. The driving force for business sustainahle development depends largely on employees' competence. First class employees are important factor of inspiring business dynamism and enhancing business competitiveness. And enterprise culture with talent cuhivation as the carrier is essential to the core competitiveness of enterprises. This article talks about the interactive effect between talent cultivation and business culture construction in combination with the writer's working experience.
