摘 要: | 课堂教学评价是高等教育改革的重要组成部分之一,有效的课堂教学评价能够促进教师的专业发展。通过调查问卷和访谈分析得出:传统的课堂教学评价在理论和实践两方面均存在问题。促进教师专业发展的多层次、多元化和人本的发展型课堂教学评价模式框架应包括全新的评价目的与多元化的评价主体、发展性的评价内容与多层次的评价指标体系、多样性的评价方式与科学全面的评价方法等。
