| 摘 要： | 本文以广东产业和人力资源双转移为背景,分析了产业转移的现状、困难和转移过程中存在的问题,此基础上,综合借鉴了前任的理论研究成果,针对广东省产业和人力资源双转移过程中存在的问题,提出了解决办法,分析了双转移所面临的机遇与挑战。
