祛湿通络片抗炎作用的药效学研究

目的研究祛湿通络片对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的抗炎作用。方法观察祛湿通络片预防、治疗给药对佐剂性关节炎大鼠继发性足肿胀、体重、内脏系数产生的变化。结果祛湿通络片抑制肿胀方面预防组和治疗组与模型组比较差异有显著性,预防组与可的松组比较无明显差异。大鼠体重、内脏系数的变化预防组和治疗组与空白组比较无明显差异。结论祛湿通络片对动物有明显抗炎作用,对动物体重增长、脏器指数均无明显变化。

Pharmacodynamic Studies of Qushitongluo Tablets Anti-inflammatory Effects

Objective To study the Qushitongluo Tablets anti-inflammatory effects in rats with adjuvant arthritis. Methods Observed secondary paw swel ing,body weight,Coefficient of variation visceral after Qushitongluo Tablets prevention,treatment administration of AA rats.Results Qushitongluo tablets suppress swel ing aspect prevention and treatment groups compared with the control group,the difference was statistical y significant,prevention group compared with the Cortisone group,the difference was no significant difference.Body weight,Coefficient of variation visceral prevention and treatment groups compared with blank group had no significant difference.Conclusion Qushitongluo Tablets has obvious anti-inflammatory effect on the animal,the animal weight gain and visceral variation coefficient did not change significantly.
